Manchester United striker Chido Obi is set to spend the remainder of the season on loan at Eredivisie club Willem II, with the deal now confirmed as complete.

Transfer insider Fabrizio Romano announced the move on Wednesday, stating on X: "Chido Obi from Manchester United to Willem II, here we go! Deal done for the striker to join Dutch side on season long loan. Manchester United authorize medical taking place today. No buy option clause included, loan move until the end of the season."

The loan was made possible because the Dutch transfer window remains open beyond the English deadline, allowing the deal to proceed without obstruction.
