Leeds United Land Harry Wilson on Free Transfer After Fulham Exit

Leeds United have wrapped up the signing of Harry Wilson on a free transfer, with the Wales international joining Elland Road following his release from Fulham.
Sky Sports News broke the story last month, revealing that Wilson had turned down advances from Aston Villa and Everton before committing to Leeds. Fulham made every effort to keep their man, presenting him with a fresh contract offer after what proved to be the finest campaign of his career in the Premier League — 10 goals and seven assists in a single season that drew attention from clubs competing in the UEFA Champions League.
At 29, Wilson becomes the first addition to Leeds' squad this summer, and he arrives into familiar company. The winger will link up with Welsh compatriots Dan James, Ethan Ampadu, and Joe Rodon at Elland Road, all three of whom he represents alongside at international level. Wilson now holds 69 caps for Wales.
Leeds are not done in the transfer market. The club are actively pursuing Southampton midfielder Shea Charles and free-agent playmaker Julian Brandt as they look to strengthen their ranks ahead of the new season.
