Nathan Tella has declared his ambition to reclaim a place in the Super Eagles squad, with the Bayer Leverkusen forward eager to put a difficult injury-plagued season behind him.

The Nigerian winger has been absent from the national team setup since the 2025 Unity Cup, with a string of injuries disrupting his involvement. Since earning his debut in 2023, the 27-year-old has managed only two caps for Nigeria.
